Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Advantage Hub collects, why we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to people who visit our website, fill out our forms, write to or speak with us, and to those who work with us. We wrote it to be easy to understand and to cover the data protection laws that apply to the people we deal with in different countries.

1. Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Advantage Hub LLC (“Advantage Hub,” “we,” “us”), located at 1600 Van Lennen Ave, STE 101, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001, United States. Our website is advantagehub.com.co.

For any request about your data, write to soporte@advantagehub.com.co.

2. Who this applies to and what it covers

This policy applies to our website and landing pages; to forms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms; to email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and video calls; to meetings you schedule with us; to our social media accounts; and to our advertising.

When we work inside a client’s HubSpot portal or with the data of its contacts, we act as a processor on behalf of that client. In that case, Section 12 applies.

3. What data we collect

What you give us directly: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, your company’s name and website, job title, sales team size, investment range, your CRM situation, the content of your messages, calls, and meetings, and billing information if you hire us.

What is collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages you visit, where the visit came from (for example, an ad, a search, or a link), and date and time. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

What we get from third parties: Meta lead forms; company data that HubSpot enriches from your email or website; and professional data from B2B business information providers (such as Apollo.io) and public professional sources, for example name, job title, company, and work email and phone number.

Sensitive data: we do not ask for it. Please do not include it in forms or messages.

4. What we use your data for

  • To respond to your request, contact you, and schedule the diagnostic call.
  • To assess whether we can help you and which service fits your case.
  • To provide, invoice, and support the services you hire.
  • To send you information and commercial proposals about our services and follow up on your interest.
  • To carry out business-to-business (B2B) outreach: contacting professionals whose companies could benefit from our services, using their professional data.
  • To measure and improve the website, our content, and our advertising campaigns.
  • To maintain security and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and to defend our rights.

5. Legal basis

Depending on the law that applies to you, we process your data based on:

  • your consent or authorization, for example when you submit a form or accept cookies. You can withdraw it at any time;
  • the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one;
  • our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, as long as it does not override your rights;
  • compliance with legal obligations.

In Colombia and in other countries that require prior authorization, by submitting a form or writing to us you authorize us to process your data for the purposes described in this policy.

6. Communications

Email. You can unsubscribe using the link in every email.

WhatsApp. We may message you on WhatsApp to follow up on your request, using WhatsApp-approved template messages and direct conversation. You can ask us not to message you by replying “stop” or by writing to soporte@advantagehub.com.co.

Phone calls. We may call the phone number you gave us to contact you about your request.

If you hire a service, we will keep sending you the messages needed to provide it, even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data for money. We share it with providers that help us operate, under contracts that require them to protect it and to use it only for what we ask:

  • HubSpot, for the CRM, forms, email, chat, meeting scheduler, WhatsApp, and artificial intelligence assistants;
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), for lead forms, messaging, and advertising;
  • Google, for email and work documents, calendar, video calls, and analytics;
  • B2B business information and enrichment providers, such as Apollo.io;
  • video call, web hosting, email, invoicing, and payment providers, and professional advisors such as accountants and lawyers;
  • authorities, when the law requires us to.

We may also transfer data as part of a reorganization, merger, or sale of the company, and we would let you know.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use our own and third-party cookies and pixels, such as HubSpot, the Meta pixel, and, where applicable, Google Analytics, to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure ads and show them to you. They fall into three types: necessary, analytics, and advertising.

You can accept or reject them in the site’s cookie notice and delete them in your browser settings. Rejecting non-necessary cookies does not prevent you from viewing the site.

Some laws consider the use of advertising pixels to be “sharing” data for targeted advertising. If you do not want us to do this, you can opt out through the cookie notice or by writing to us.

9. Artificial intelligence

We use artificial intelligence tools, such as HubSpot’s automated assistants and agents and language models from external providers, to respond to messages, classify requests, summarize meetings, and look up business information. We process only the data necessary with these tools, and their providers handle it under contract.

We do not make decisions that produce legal effects on you based solely on automated processing. If you are talking to an automated assistant, you can ask to be served by a person.

10. International transfers

Advantage Hub works with people and companies in several countries, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, where the level of protection may differ from that of your country. When the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, or your consent.

11. How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for each purpose:

  • Requests and contacts that do not become clients: up to 24 months from the last interaction. After that we delete or anonymize them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Clients: during the contractual relationship and for as long as legal, accounting, and tax obligations require, which depending on the country is usually between 5 and 10 years.
  • Unsubscribes and objections: we keep the minimum, such as your email or phone number, to respect your decision not to be contacted.
  • Cookies: for the period stated in the cookie notice.

12. Data we process on behalf of our clients

In client projects, we access their HubSpot portal and data about their contacts, customers, and teams only to provide the contracted service and following their instructions. If your data is in the system of a company that works with us and you want to exercise your rights over it, please contact that company first. We cooperate with it to handle your request.

13. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: role-based access limited to those who need it, authentication, encryption in transit, reputable providers, and periodic access reviews. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and, where the law requires, the authorities.

14. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may:

  • know, access, and obtain a copy of your data;
  • update and correct it;
  • ask us to delete it;
  • object to its processing or ask us to restrict it;
  • request portability of your data;
  • withdraw your consent or authorization, and request proof that you gave it;
  • unsubscribe from marketing communications;
  • opt out of our sharing your data for targeted advertising;
  • not be treated in a discriminatory way for exercising your rights;
  • file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

How to exercise them. Write to soporte@advantagehub.com.co from the email address associated with your data, telling us what you want to do. We may ask you to verify your identity. We respond within the deadlines set by law: in Colombia, 10 business days for inquiries and 15 business days for claims; in other countries, within the period set by the applicable law, which is usually 30 to 45 days.

If you are in Colombia, these rights are set out in Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing regulations. If you disagree with our response, you can go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio).

If you are in California, the law also gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to limit its sharing for advertising. In the last 12 months we have collected identifiers and contact data, commercial and professional information, and internet activity data. We do not sell personal information for money.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases in Section 5 and the safeguards in Section 10 apply to your data, and you may file a complaint with your data protection authority.

15. Minors

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at people under 18. If we learn that we have collected a minor’s data without the authorization the law requires, we will delete it.

16. Links to other sites

Our site may link to third-party sites and tools, such as social networks. We do not control their privacy practices, and we recommend reading their policies.

17. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. We publish the new version on this page with its date, and if the change is significant we will let you know by a reasonable means.
